Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a blender, blend the butter or margarine, condensed milk, and eggs
Add the Parmesan cheese, corn kernels, flour mixed with baking powder, and finally the milk, blending well after each addition
Grease a tube pan in the middle with butter or margarine, dust with cornmeal, and pour in the pudding mixture
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven, let cool, and invert
You can also substitute Parmesan cheese with half-cured cheese grated.
