In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sweet potatoes, milk, all-purpose flour, salt, and honey

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the bottom of the pan

Remove from heat and quickly fold in the eggs and egg whites beaten in snow

Add yeast and pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan, ungreased and floured with sweet potatoes

Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
