2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
5 guavas, sliced into rounds

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Separate egg whites from yolks
Beat well sugar, butter, and yolks in a mixer
Add flour, yeast, and salt
Gradually add milk and mix

Beat egg whites until fluffy and gently fold them into the mixture
Transfer half of the dough to the baking sheet and top with banana slices and half of the guava
Place the remaining dough on top
Arrange guavas and bake until golden.
