Unroll the dough as instructed by the recipe
Place the well-drained pineapple chunks in the center, lengthwise
Sprinkle with sugar, blackberry, pecan, lemon zest, and drizzle with lemon juice
Fold both sides to the middle to cover the filling
Brush the top layer with egg white to seal
Place on a baking sheet and brush the surface with egg white
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Serve warm, dusting with sugar
