8ml of maraschino liqueur
3 egg whites
40ml of milk

Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, but not too firm. Reserve
Bring the milk to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate until melted
Dilute the green tea in the maraschino liqueur and add to the milk-chocolate mixture
Beat the heavy cream until it reaches the same texture as the chocolate mixture
Fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture
Add the beaten egg whites and mix well
Chill in the refrigerator and let firm.
