In a blender, beat the condensed milk and eggs
Add also the grated coconut

Once you have a smooth batter, add the active dry yeast and mix it in slowly without over-mixing, by hand, for another minute

Grease a baking dish with butter

Dust with breadcrumbs

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and place the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
