1/3 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/3 cup of vegetable oil

In a bowl, mix together the oil, honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
Pour into an English muffin tin, greased with oil
Place in a cool oven
Adjust temperature to moderate (170°C) and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
