1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a pan, melt the butter, sauté the carrot and tomato for three minutes
Mix in the lentils, season with salt, pepper, curry, and tomato sauce
2 In a blender, blend half of the sautéed mixture with breadcrumbs and incorporate into the remaining sautéed mixture
3 Place in a rectangular baking dish greased with butter and bake for approximately 40 minutes
