1 box of lemon-flavored gelatin

1 Line a 25cm diameter form with aluminum foil, leaving a border to cover the cake
2 Cut the cakes into 1/2 centimeter thick slices
Line the bottom and sides of the form with the cake slices
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and mix for two minutes until fully dissolved
3 In a blender, combine the gelatin, cream cheese, milk, sugar, and blend until smooth
Add grated lemon zest
Place over the cake, cover with the aluminum foil border, and refrigerate for at least three hours
4 De-mold and remove the aluminum foil
When serving, decorate with Chantilly cream
