Grease a pudding mold with a diameter of 30 cm
Beat the butter with the sugar, for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the egg yolks one by one, beating well
Add the remaining ingredients
Place in a stand mixer and beat at low speed
Pour into the prepared mold
Bake in a moderate oven for 50 minutes
Let cool for 30 minutes before removing from the mold.
