Place the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker and cover with water
Seal, bring to a boil, and let cook for 30 minutes after the initial pressurization
Turn off the heat, allow the pressure to release, and remove the can
Let it cool completely before opening
In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and peanuts coarsely chopped. Reserve
Dough
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, bourbon, oil, and water
Work the dough until it becomes uniform and easy to handle
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into thin strips, 0.5 cm wide
Wrap the strips around aluminum tubes, place them in a baking dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and unmold
Fill with sweetened condensed milk and serve.
