Directions

Preheat the oven to medium (180°C)

Grease a 23 cm diameter cake pan with butter

In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and butter for 1 minute to obtain a creamy mixture

Add the milk, vanilla extract and blend well

Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder sifted together and mix until a homogeneous mass forms

Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake, it comes out clean

Remove from the oven and let cool

Unmold and serve.
