In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff and add the yolks one at a time
Stop beating and fold in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cornstarch alternately with milk
Finally, mix in the spices, raisins, and bananas
Pour into a round cake mold (22 cm) previously greased and dusted, and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for approximately 25 minutes
Mix in a separate bowl, water, cinnamon, and baking powder. Reserve
After baking, remove the cake from the oven, poke it with a fork, and brush it with the reserved glaze
Let it cool and serve.
