Mix the butter and confectioners' sugar in a bowl until smooth
Add the egg and mix until well combined
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt
Mix until a homogeneous dough forms
Shape into balls using 1 tablespoon of dough each
Place on a round refractory dish, leaving a large space between them
Dip each ball into flour to coat
Dust with confectioners' sugar mixed with cinnamon
Heat in the microwave at high power for 1 minute
Let rest for 1 minute and then heat the oven for another half-minute
Remove from the microwave and let cool completely until crispy
Remove the cookies from the refractory dish using a spatula
Note: Place five balls of dough each time on a refractory dish with a diameter of 20 cm.
