3 slices of smoked bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 pound ground beef
salt and black pepper to taste
6 stalks of parsley, chopped
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
6 slices of bread, crumbled
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
cake flour
500 grams macaroni (thick spaghetti or Fuzile)
3 beaten eggs

Fry the bacon until golden brown
Add the onion and sauté for a bit
Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and parsley
Cook, stirring constantly, until the beef is golden brown and tender. Reserve
Mix the bread with milk and Parmesan cheese
Add the cooked beef and mix well
Grease a 29.5 cm diameter ring mold with butter and dust with cake flour
Cook the macaroni and drain well
Dip the macaroni in the beaten eggs
Assemble: Fill the ring mold with half the macaroni
Lay the ground beef on top, followed by the remaining macaroni
Place in a moderate oven (170°C) preheated for about 30 minutes
