Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar until well combined
Add the honey and beat again
Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest, and beat well
Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites
Finally, add the flour and baking powder, mixing carefully
Bake in a 12x26 cm cake pan lined with parchment paper at medium temperature (150°C) for about 1 hour and 50 minutes
