Pastry dough
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of butter
1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
1 package of finely ground biscuits, such as graham crackers

1 egg yolk
2 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

2 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Pastry dough: Beat the egg whites until stiff with half the sugar. Reserve
Set aside
Beat the egg yolks, butter, and remaining sugar
Add the reserved egg whites, pecans, and biscuits and mix delicately until smooth
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish
Bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes or so
Let cool and cut in half
Set aside
Filling and topping: Heat the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and egg yolk over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Spread the filling over one half of the cake and top with the other half
Use the remaining as a topping.
