8 ripe pears, sliced

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Peel the pears and slice them
Soak the slices in milk and coconut milk
Let it rest for 20 minutes
2 Mix the cinnamon, cloves, and sweet herb seeds in a pan and heat them slightly
3 Combine the flour and confectioners sugar and mix well
Transfer to a stand mixer and add butter, salt, and eggs
4 Beat for 15 minutes and pour into a greased and floured baking dish

Remove from oven while still warm.
