1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups cooked ham or tender ham, diced
1 ramekin natural yogurt
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (400°F)
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or a non-stick springform pan
Fry the onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until they're soft
On one side, mix the flour, yeast, milk, egg, and a pinch of salt
Dollop into the prepared loaf pan with a greased spatula
Arrange the diced ham on top, followed by the remaining ingredients
Bake for 30 minutes
If using a non-stick springform pan, remove from oven and let cool before serving
