2 packages of bean sprouts (250g each)
2 cups of mayonnaise (450g)
2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked (170g each)
1 beetroot, peeled and grated coarsely
2 carrots, peeled and grated coarsely
1/4 cup of fresh parsley (20g)
1/4 cup of green onion, finely chopped (20g)
1 orange, peeled and grated coarsely
2 packages of bean sprouts (250g each)

At the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, arrange 4 slices of bean sprouts side by side
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over them, followed by half of the tuna
Continue alternating layers of bean sprouts spread with mayonnaise, with: layers of beetroot, carrot mixed with remaining tuna, parsley and green onion, and finally, orange
Press each layer of bean sprouts gently with your hand
Finish with a layer of bean sprouts covered in mayonnaise
Serve sliced
