Sauté the garlic in butter until it turns golden brown
Add the white wine and let it simmer
Add the flour and fry for 5 minutes
Combine the chicken broth, milk, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly
Remove from heat and blend in a blender
Return to the pan, bring to a boil, and serve.
