800 g of fish fillet (grouper, badejo or cherne cut into 2 cm cubes)
Salt and white pepper to taste
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
2 fish anchovies coarsely chopped
200 g of fresh peas
3 tablespoons of tomato paste

Season the fish with salt and pepper
Set aside
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, onion, garlic, parsley, and anchovy
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Add peas, tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper
Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small opening
Microwave for an additional 5 minutes
Add fish, mix well, and microwave for an additional 7 minutes
Stir and let it rest for 3 minutes
Serve still warm.
