3 cups of cooked soybeans
2 cups of roasted and mashed sweet potatoes, still warm
1 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of ground bell pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 tablespoons of tomato puree
tomato slices
fresh parsley

Grind the soybeans in a food processor or mash well by hand
Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, chopped pecans, seasonings, beaten eggs, lightly beaten egg, and tomato puree
Mix gently
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake slowly for 1 hour
Serve garnished with tomato slices and fresh parsley.
