Mash the soybeans, carrot, onion, salt, and leek using a meat grinder
Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper to taste, and the breadcrumbs
Place in a rectangular cake mold greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes
Serve warm, 4-6 servings
This dish can be served with rice.
