2 unflavored gelatin envelopes
2 cups of cold chicken broth
1/4 cup of lime juice
2 tablespoons of vinegar
3 tablespoons of chopped green onions
2 medium ripe avocados (2 cups of puree)
to taste salt
a few drops of pepper sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
small tomatoes for garnish

Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold broth and stir slowly until dissolved
Combine the lime juice, vinegar, and green onions
Refrigerate only to chill, do not let it set firm
Peel the avocados
Remove the pit
Mash well, pass through a sieve, and blend until creamy
Add the cold gelatin
Season with salt and add the mayonnaise
Mix well
Pour into a ring mold and cover with transparent plastic wrap
Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or more
Unmold and garnish with tomato gummies
