1 ready-to-eat chocolate cake
1 package of chocolate pudding
2 heaping tablespoons of heavy cream
200g hazelnuts
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
whipped cream for topping

Crush the cake: Blend hazelnuts in a liquidizer, setting some aside for decoration
Prepare the pudding according to package instructions
Line an opening mold with aluminum foil
Mix together the cake, pudding, and hazelnuts
Mix very well
Place in the mold and refrigerate until firm
Demold and top with whipped cream.
