Open the can of cornmeal and drain it completely
Place it in a blender with the condensed milk, butter, shredded coconut, eggs, and blend until a smooth batter forms
Pour into a bowl and sift in the active dry yeast
Mix gently and place the batter in a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a medium oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool and decorate with shredded coconut.
