Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy
Add the mashed bananas
Combine the matzo meal flour and potato starch, sifted together
Fold in the beaten egg whites carefully
Finally, add the chopped nuts and fold
Bake in a 27 cm opening cake pan greased, at moderate heat (170°C) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into 20 slices.
