Grease the form with butter, line with parchment paper and grease the paper as well
Dust with flour
Melt the chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring constantly
Beat the egg whites in a mixer
Add sugar gradually without stopping to beat
Combine the melted chocolate
Add flour and cinnamon
Beat the egg yolks in a mixer
Gradually add the sugar, beating carefully
Pour into the form
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry
Let cool
Unmold when warm
Let it cool down
Sauce
Dissolve coffee in water
Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sauce becomes smooth
Serve at room temperature, accompanying the cake.
