Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mix the corn flour, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk in a pot and place it on the stove
Stir until thickened
Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, for another three minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add the yolks, without stopping to beat
With the mixer running, gradually add the corn flour mixture and beat until a smooth batter forms
Remove from mixer and add the cheese and sugar cane seeds
Stir with a wooden spoon and incorporate the baking powder
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from oven and dust with sugar and cinnamon mixed.
