4 to 5 large and ripe mascarpone cheeses
1/2 cup of sugar
to taste
1/4 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream
1/2 cup of apple cider or juice
3 tablespoons (of soup) of butter or 18 to 20 ready-made French toast slices
melted margarine
5 tablespoons (of soup) of shredded coconut
4 to 5 large and ripe mascarpone cheeses
1/2 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream
1/2 cup of apple cider or juice
3 tablespoons (of soup) of butter or 18 to 20 ready-made French toast slices
melted margarine
5 tablespoons (of soup) of shredded coconut
Peel the mascarpone cheeses and remove the seeds
Slice them thinly
Mix in sugar and a pinch of cinnamon
Add just enough water to cover the mascarpone slices
Cover the pan and let it cook until the mascarpone is well-cooked
Remove excess water
Add heavy cream and 2 tablespoons (of soup) of apple cider
Let it cook for a few more minutes
Grease a refrigerator-safe mold and place one French toast slice at the bottom
Cover with a thin layer of mascarpone slices
Place another French toast slice on top and repeat the process until you have a tall cake of French toast
Drizzle some melted butter over the top and sprinkle with sugar and shredded coconut
Heat it in the oven until well-heated
Pour the remaining apple cider over the French toast cake
If desired, serve with whipped cream
