Beta the egg yolks until frothy
Add the condensed milk, white chocolate, cornstarch, and yeast, always beating
Beta the egg whites until snowy and gently fold into the mixture
Turn the cake onto a greased and floured pan and bake in the oven
Fillings:
Melt the white chocolate in a warm water bath, with the heat off and the water hot
Remove from the warm water bath and mix with the heavy cream and crushed biscuits
Cut the cake in half, fill it, and cover the top with the cream.
