1 Prepare the two boxes of pudding with the milk
Crumb the cake and add it to the pudding mixture while still warm
2 Add the chopped hazelnut and place in a removable 23cm diameter mold lined with parchment paper
Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate until firm, and let set
3 Before serving, cover with whipped cream and decorate with chopped hazelnuts.
