In a blender, combine the eggs and milk and blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well
Gently add the flour, cornstarch, and yeast, and fold in with low to high motions
Transfer to a round cake pan, greased and floured, and bake in a medium preheated oven
Cut a circle in the center of the cold cake with care, not to puncture the bottom
Remove the mixture with a spoon, chop coarsely, and reserve
Prepare the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of egg white
Place the gelatin in the cake hole, alternating with the chopped mixture
Finish with gelatin and refrigerate.
