Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Pour into an English muffin tin, 22.5 cm x 12.5 cm, and bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 35 minutes
Let it cool in the pan and remove carefully
Cut into thick slices
Serve with tomato sauce
