3 sprigs of rosemary, chopped

Heat the olive oil in a large pot and fry the bacon until golden brown
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes
Add the ground beef and rosemary, season
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked and tender
Add the vegetables, stir well, and remove from heat
Add the chopped eggs and season with Worcestershire sauce
Serve with bread or rice
