Mix the corn flakes with milk and whole eggs until a homogeneous mass is obtained
Add well-chopped crab and grated carrot, quickly sautéed in butter
Season with mustard, salt, and pepper
Grease a mold and dust it with rusk flour
Pour the mixture into it and bake for about 30 minutes
Stab with the edge of a knife until it comes out completely dry
Remove from the oven, demold, and serve immediately with tomato sauce.
