Golden cake
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons active dry yeast
Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (170°C)
In a bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy, then add the sugar and continue beating
Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, beating well
Alternate adding the milk and flour mixture, which has been mixed with yeast, beating well
Pour into a greased pan and bake for about 35-45 minutes
Cut the cake horizontally into a layer 2.5 cm thick
Remove the center, leaving a wall of 2.5 cm on all sides and at the bottom
Place on a plate and fill with mousse
Cover with the cut layer and use the removed center to fill the hole in the middle of the cake
Whip the heavy cream with Grand Marnier
Top the cake with whipped cream and garnish with raspberries.
