Dough
250g of wheat flour
1 rounded teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
100g and 1 more tablespoon of sugar
2 whole eggs and 1 yolk
milk, as needed

Filling
2 scoops of cooked rice
3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
1 cup of cocoa cream
1 rounded teaspoon of butter
1 scoop of crystallized fruits
sugar to taste

Sift together the sugar, wheat flour, yeast, and salt
Make a hole in the center and pour in the 2 whole eggs and butter or margarine, mixing everything with your fingertips
Then add milk until the dough becomes soft and pliable
Open the dough and line the bottom of a baking dish
Place the filling, spread it evenly, and cover it with strips of dough
Brush these strips with the yolk mixed with sugar
Hot oven
Serve chilled
Filling
Cook the rice in plain water until it's well cooked
Add the chocolate, butter, crystallized fruits, and cocoa cream, mixing well
Optional: add almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts and use.
