Directions

Heat the water to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally with a whisk, until it forms bubbles

Add the mashed mama and let it simmer over low heat until it thickens

Remove from heat, mix in the cream, add the remaining ingredients, and blend for 5 minutes

Pour into small buttered molds and dust with refined sugar

Bake in a water bath at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes
