Boil the sweet potatoes with water until it forms a smooth paste

Add the sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes

Remove the fruit and blend in a blender

Reduce the heat and let it cool until it reaches a thread-like consistency (test by placing a small amount between your fingers; it should form a fine thread)

Mix together wheat flour and butter with sweet potato puree
