Directions

Preheat the oven to medium temperature

In a bowl, gently mix together the condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, butter, and grated manioc

Grease the mini muffin molds with butter and distribute the mixture among them

Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean

Let cool completely before removing the manioc morsels from their molds

Serve warm or chilled.
