For the dough
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of roasted and chopped hazelnuts
For the filling
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of hazelnuts cut into small pieces
For the coating
500g of melted bittersweet chocolate
For the dough
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of roasted and chopped hazelnuts

In a saucepan, mix the dough ingredients and heat it over medium flame, stirring constantly until it comes away from the sides and forms a ball
Remove from the heat and let cool slightly
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine the flour, butter, 1/2 tablespoon of water, and vanilla extract
Mix until smooth
Wrap the hazelnut pieces in this mixture to form small balls
Place in a medium oven (180°C), preheated to lightly brown
Remove from the oven, pass through a sugar grinder, and bathe in melted chocolate
Let cool
Using the remaining chocolate coating, grab a fork, dip it into the melted chocolate, and create chocolate strands on top of the bomboms
Yield: 40 units
