Combine all ingredients in a blender
Cover and blend for 5 seconds or until well mixed
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Baste a skillet with butter
Add some batter
Incline the skillet from side to side to spread the batter
Fry until lightly browned, about 1 minute
Flip the crepe and let it brown on the other side
Fill with your preferred ice cream and roll up
Dish out 4-6 servings.
