1 cup corn kernels, shucked and chopped

Sift the dry ingredients
Beat the eggs, combine with milk and melted butter
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well
Add the corn kernels
Fry in a greased skillet, flipping once
If desired, serve crepes sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon
Makes 12 crepes or more.
