2 well-beaten eggs
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of currants

Combine the chocolate and butter or margarine in a small saucepan
Heat over low heat until the chocolate melts
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl
Add the sugar and eggs, whisking well
Beat with a spoon or electric mixer until smooth
Add the flour and currants, stirring with a wooden spoon
Pour into a 20cm square baking pan, greased
Bake in a moderate oven for 25-30 minutes
Check with a toothpick if done
Remove from oven, let cool completely, cut into squares
Yield: approximately 32 chocolate squares
