Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler, then add the hot milk and half-can of heavy cream
Mix well until smooth and uniform. Reserve
Sprinkle baking powder over the strawberries and reserve
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and mix with the remaining heavy cream, lemon juice, and lime zest
In small individual portions, distribute the semisweet chocolate, place the strawberries, and top with the white chocolate
Decorate with additional strawberries
Refrigerate until serving.
