In a food processor or blender, grind the peanuts to a fine texture
In a bowl, mix together the peanuts, sweetened condensed milk, and milk until they form a creamy paste
With moistened hands, shape the paste into small truffles
Let them sit for 20 minutes to set
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, and let them cool on parchment paper.
