Meringue:
4 large egg whites
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) of granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose cornstarch
Whipped Cream:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
Assembly:
3 medium strawberries
6 scoops strawberry ice cream
5 tablespoons whipped cream
Meringue:

Meringue:
Place egg whites and sugar in a heatproof bowl over simmering water
After it has dissolved, beat with an electric mixer for about 10 minutes
Finally, add cornstarch and reserve
Whipped Cream:
Beat butter and heavy cream in an electric mixer for approximately 2 minutes
Assembly:
Alternate layers of meringue with strawberry ice cream
Top with whipped cream
Decorate the edges with meringue and strawberries.
