Ingredients: 1 kg of strawberries, washed and hulled; 1/4 cup of rum or liqueur of your preference; 2 tablespoons (of soup) of confectioner's sugar; 1/2 kg of strawberry cream ice cream; 1 glass of whipped cream

1 kg of strawberries, washed and hulled

Directions

Reserve some whole strawberries for garnishing

Cut the remaining strawberries in half, mix with rum or liqueur, add confectioner's sugar, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours

A bit before serving, soften the ice cream, but do not let it melt

Mix the ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries, and serve in pre-cooled glasses

Garnish with reserved whole strawberries
